Been using them for over a decade for personal and business! Always prompt and helpful.
Worst CPA I have ever dealt with.. Zero communication, they dont answer emails & when you call it's always the same BS - "we're short staffed".. I honestly don't know how they can still be in business..
Dropped my taxes off in early March, was contacted one time after the due date as was told they filed an extension. Over the course of the next 9 months I sent multiple emails to the owner & was completely ghosted, I never got a single reply. I would call the office every month or so and was told a different excuse every time. It’s now January the following year & they still have NO answers, only excuses - I picked up my taxes and will be going elsewhere. I had fletcher do my taxes 2014 they do not keep records. Poor service. No help. Tell you to phone government for a copy of transcripts absolutely unacceptable and pathetic service. I would not recommend them zero accountability for paid service.
