Here is my experience. Bought a new vehicle from Fletcher Superstore and received numerous phone calls, texts, and letters in the mail. I had asked several times to be removed from the system. I was told every time I was removed from the system and will never be bothered again, and it never was done. This last time before contacting BBB, I received a phone call from Fletcher, and the guy was very rude and disrespectful. My man Joesph got me into a brand new 2022 dodge charger! I walked in mind already set I was leaving with it no if ands or buts. Sat there a half hour he told me he’d give me a call by the morning. Next morning came around he called me said it was mine and to come sign paperwork! Hands down best experience I’ve had! If you need a new car go through Joesph man knows what he’s doing and will get it done!

Joe has my business at Fletcher from here on out. I went in to get my car inspected and decided to look around the showroom. I was introduced to Joe and we talked for a few minutes about what I would like. I didn’t think I would be walking away with a new car but I did. He went to bat for me and I walked out with a 2025 Hyundai Sonata. The thing I liked the most about the interaction was Joe was polite, fun to work with, and highly respectful and never once made me feel pressured to buy a car.
