If i could give zero stars i would , I went to fletcher dodge and jeep on 3111 E 32nd st in joplin missouri I was wrongfully treated bad I brought my key fob in to get it programmed and they told me it would be an hour it was over and hour and I finally asked mike the so called manager what was taking so long and he finally told me they could not program the key and still wanted to charge me $95 and I explain that they did not perform the services provided and still wanted to charge me and I told mike that's not right and he... read more

Will never return! Incompetent maintenance department. We have used them in the past many years ago and was happy but this time I brought my Jeep Wrangler in for overheating issues because my husband just didn't have the time to work on it. Was told that it had air in the coolant system which they purged and replaced the new thermostat with another new thermostat.
