Brock OBrian helped us get the best car for the best deal. After an initial hiccup, admittedly the dealer's fault, the issue was 100% resolved, as my Hyundai Ioniq 5 purchase was the best car decision I have ever made. Sales manager Clay went the extra mile and then some to rectify the situation. I highly recommend working with Clay, and Fletcher Automotive in general. The finance manager was extremely helpful as well. I am looking forward to working with their service department should the need arise.
