Service department sucks big time on follow up calls. I understand they are busy but we’ve been doing business with Fletcher for multiple years and well communication goes a long ways. Our work trucks with Letts & Demery Pump have been in and out of there for several years and every time we need something other than a normal service getting answers takes days. Communicating with your customers goes a long ways.
Sean was great, there was no pressure and he did amazing helping me and my little family get into a great vehicle.
Found a car online Tuesday night. Went and looked at it Wednesday morning in-person and filled out full financial application online. Made appt to pick it up Friday morning at 10am due to work obligations. Was in constant communication with Jason until he called at 930am and said car was sold out from under us. Very poor business ethics, but unfortunately typical of used car dealerships.
Brock OBrian helped us get the best car for the best deal. I wasnt sure what I wanted I just new I wanted to be under 30K, Brock and the Team got us into a Brand New Jeep Compass and it was exactly what I wanted! A big thanks to the guys at the Jeep Store at Frank Fletcher! We appreciate all the work you did to help us find the perfect car!
Ive gotta give Sean O'Dell a huge thank you for all the help to get me where im at today. He pulled almost every string he could to help and even though he failed a couple times he never gave up. Sean thanks man and Frank Fletcher, I know you see these and you got a great sales guy with Sean.
