Out of this world customer service. I bought my 2022 Ram Laramie from here. My home dealership wanted to nickel and dime me on my trade in. I contacted Fletcher in Joplin directly and they absolutely hooked me up. They drove to me to sign the paperwork, fixed all of the cosmetic wear on the truck, and drove it to me. I ended up not having to have a trade in, and still ended up paying the same monthly payment that I would have had if i traded in for the same truck at my home dealership. I wanted to take a moment to edit my review here. I got a car from this dealership in November 2025, and I am, without a doubt, very happy with my vehicle. Although the salesman (Sean O'Dell) I was working with raised some concerns here lately. Shortly after the sale, the individual I purchased the vehicle from was suddenly not allowed to speak with me because of their controlling significant other. We purchased a car from big red site unseen online the experience was amazing, they even delivered it to us which was 3 hours away! The customer service was excellent, the drivers were great! Overall 10/10 car buying experience!
