Great experience start to finish; no sales pitch just straight forward upfront explanation and pricing. Workers arrived promptly in the morning and worked continuously throughout the day without any problems; the installation was very professional, they cleaned up the yard and left it in perfect condition. I would recommend Fletcher Roofing for any and all roofing needs.
Had my roof completely redone with new inderliner. Broken/missing tiles were replaced. The entire process took only 3 days. Workers arrived each day on time at 6:25 am. I was very pleased with the professionalism shown by Shanelle, Brett and Tim. My texts and phone calls were answered promptly. Brett went above and beyond by installing 2 new light bulbs when I did not have a ladder tall enough. They were professional from start to finish, Alex T (contact person) & Tim B (job site foreman) stayed in touch with me throughout the process, and the crew cleaned up completely when they were through. There was a small issue with a vent that Tim came out and fixed immediately. I highly recommend them.
The crew began on the date we were told they would. The workers were friendly, worked hard, and did a good job. The sales people were nice to work with and frequently stopped by to answer any questions and check on how the crew was doing.
I had my roof replaced by Fletcher Roofing in March and they were great start to finish. It started with a free inspection by Sam, and a walkthrough of pics/videos of his findings (there were many, roof was 20+ years old).
