In my opinion any 5 star rating you read here was probably either purchased by that jaded woman or written by her personally. In my opinion Betty Fletcher must think everyone is a crook trying to rip her off. I had the unfortunate experience of renting from this sad excuse for a human while building a house. They are kind people but, they are small potatoes with properties that are for rent. Very limited property choices. I wish them the best of luck...
Moved into our rental house through them, walked into a nightmare. Hadn't been cleaned, Cobb webs everywhere. Had to clean the entire house ourselves before settling in. My one year old son almost swallowed countless screws they left laying around the house. They left screws and holes in the wall who h we now have to fix. Can not wait for our lease to be up. My Fiancé and I are brandnew tenants of Fletcher. We receive our keys today and are very excited about our future with this company. During the application process Martha was extremely kind and very punctual she always replied back and answered all of our questions in a timely manner.She also was very understanding and professinal.any time I called the office and spoke with any of the staff they were very friendly and always willing to guide me in the right direction.
