Not good. I live in Porterville I have a pool and called for service, the man that answered the phone was not professional and needs to learn some phone etiquette. When I asked for service he said NO we are not accepting new customers. I moved to Porterville and want to support local small businesses but this one doesnt need anymore support so call someone else. Porterville Resident since Oct 2021
Big Buck does his best to help his customers no matter what. Even as others have given up due to COVID and supply shortages, he has continued to keep going. I appreciate his ability to keep going, no matter what.
