Zak was great to work with! He explained the whole process, kept in touch with me about insurance and repairs, and helped make sure we were completely satisfied with the work. When picking up my vehicle, he even helped me get the car seat out of the rental car and put it in my van. Not to mention the fact that they vacuumed and cleaned out my vehicle while they had it. Zak has been so amazing through the estimate/insurance process from the 3/27 hail storm! He’s answered every single (sometimes silly) question I have had almost immediately!!
