I didn't have an appointment. My tire was flat and I drove in on a Saturday, unsure of what to expect. Jesus Roman Jr., a service consultant, was amazing. He assured me everything would be OK, filed the insurance claim and had me in and out the door within two hours. He even had my car cleaned without telling me. He is a total asset to Mercedes.
