I didn't have an appointment. My tire was flat and I drove in on a Saturday, unsure of what to expect. Jesus Roman Jr., a service consultant, was amazing. He assured me everything would be OK, filed the insurance claim and had me in and out the door within two hours. He even had my car cleaned without telling me. He is a total asset to Mercedes.

Alyssia is the most remarkable, professional person at mercedes-benz. She always make my visits pleasant. I will never take my mercedes-benz to this location, I will just leave it at that.
Just got done at the car wash and felt obligated to review right away: very impressed with the service at Mercedes-Benz. The attendant, (think it was Joseph or Jesus) was incredibly thorough, taking his time to make sure every inch of my car was sparkling. He was also very polite and professional, and it was clear he took real pride in his work. The last couple times I came there wasn’t an attendant - having one today made a big difference!
