Just the Best staff ever . I was gifted to get Lynne as my Service Advisor and I can’t THANK ALL of the people at the MB service Center for their kindness and making my life a lot less stressful . Hugs .
I didn't have an appointment. My tire was flat and I drove in on a Saturday, unsure of what to expect. Jesus Roman Jr., a service consultant, was amazing. He assured me everything would be OK, filed the insurance claim and had me in and out the door within two hours. He even had my car cleaned without telling me. He is a total asset to Mercedes.
Thank you very much for your service. I especially thank Ms. Alyssia Lloyd for being friendly and very good at her job. I received my car in a very short time. I was very satisfied.
Alyssia is the most remarkable, professional person at mercedes-benz. She always make my visits pleasant. I will never take my mercedes-benz to this location, I will just leave it at that.
