I’m newer to Joplin. I was told by service department that Mr. Frank Fletcher himself made a company policy that they will not work on any vehicle over 9 years old. What a joke! And while waiting on the phone girl to get “approval” from the service manager to then get told this load of bull, I had to listen to the prerecorded message of Mr. Frank Fletcher talk about honesty and treating customers like family. Went above and beyond to make sure we were completely satisfied with our new purchase.
Went back and forth for "best deal". Felt a little rushed. After a week still haven't met up with the sales person to set up blue link -
