Quick, professional, and friendly. My glasses came in quickly. All around a very pleasant experience.
Well, aside from juggling patients to leave me waiting, I spent over an hour and a half in the office and still didn't order glasses. The front desk wanted me to wait a bit longer but I had had enough waiting. I chose a location with high rating to avoid the local run around I experienced in the past. I left feeling like was more of an inconvenience than an appreciated new client.
I have been a patient at Fletcher’s Eyecare for at least 15 years and have the utmost confidence in Dr. Fletcher. He provides exceptional care and the atmosphere in his office is always welcoming. I would recommend him without any hesitation to anyone looking for an optometrist.
