My vehicle was un drivable due to transmission issues. I had payed for my vehicle to be towed. I waited almost a month for the service advisor to quote me a 11 thousand dollar transmission on a 2012 dodge charger. I asked if he can find something used. I then got quoted for a 5100 transmission from LKQ. After speaking with LKQ they stated for my VIN a transmission was $400. One star is a stretch, if could choose negatives I would. Also, ironic how they only reply to the good reviews on here and have no problem ignoring the bad ones…I had recently bought a used Jeep Grand Cherokee from another good dealer in the area and brought it in here for a recall and to look over the paperwork I was given on an inspection at the other dealer. $4800 later and not only did it take 1 week with no rental, but when I got it back I had a check engine light on that was not there when I dropped the car off.
