After being treated like a complete moron by owner of other bike shop near Fletchers Bike Studio, I quickly ride over to Fletchers. Kevin, did a quick fix on my chain skipping, but when I returned next day, Fletchers employee Emmit diagnosed in FULL my problem till I replace in FULL the gear cassette. Emmit moved and locked chain into least worn gear, which has held completely, even tho I ride 15+ miles daily. Dude had me laughing as we traded stories from our bike-racing days of youth.
