We purchased a 2021 Durango for me back in 2021. My husband purchased from another dealer a 2014 dodge Durango while we saved for him an upgraded one. Noticed a few recalls for his generation so I suggested he call over and get it fixed. According to the service department they would not service his Durango for the recall because it’s 10 years old and has over 120k miles on it. Now we’re driving over an hour down to Steve landers dodge instead because they were willing to fix his Durango!

Just pulled in to drop off my truck for a transmission light that came on. I set everything up over the phone to bring the truck in and the girl that answered the phone was great. I get here this morning and the older man said “just a transmission light? Well what did it SAY” twice like I didn’t know what I was talking about.
