My wife and I were treated with the utmost professionalism. It was a pleasure to do business with them. Answered all of our questions and was happy to us let test drive many vehicles. We definitely made the right decision to go with Ciocca after visiting other dealers.
Disappointing experience. I recently reached out through their website for 2025 Golf R. The sales lady that called me seemed like she wanted to get me off the phone as quickly as possible. Also, she didn’t even look to see if the car was available before calling me. I asked her to do two simple things… confirm the car is available and send pictures when possible.
