I stopped by because I was having trouble getting my Q5 connected to the myAudi app and Android Auto. Salesman, Josh, attempted to help but then proceeded to say my car is too old to connect to the app. and that I might need to pay $90 for an a new Audi vehicle key code. I ended up calling the Audi help number and was able to get everything resolved in a 7 minute phone call. Would have appreciated him say he doesnt know how to connect my car instead of the run around.
I love the way Christina is so helpful as regards my car and the service it needs. I bought the car used, and she's been able to tell me its service history, which is extremely valuable. She goes the extra mile to make sure everything that I need -- and nothing more -- is brought to my attention.
This review is specifically regarding John Rachmiel, sales associate. I had an issue today and John walked me thru my Audi set up (the person I bought my car from didn’t provide a critical piece of info)... John was patient, kind, and knowledgeable..
