Perhaps the best Service Experience I've had in a long time. It took a long time to get a loaner, but the rest of the experience was wonderful. The advisor was outstanding, and helped me throughout the process. I have been getting my car serviced at this location for a while. Always great. The last time I was there Christina was my service person. She was rude from the beginning. Right at my door as I get out, right away trying to go against everything I had planned and discussed with another service person when making this appointment just for her to go with the original plan I already had in place. Typical lying car salesmen. I waited 3 months for my plates. Drove with expired tem tag. No one would get on phone with me. I called every day and got nothing but excuses.
Very unprofessional. Poor service. I sold them my dead husband car and they still haven't sent me payment.
