Ordered and purchased a new 2026 Porsche 911 Targa 4 GTS remotely from Porsche Flemington (I live in Kansas). My Sales Associate was Troy Portela. Troy was very helpful and knowledgeable, and he helped me through the months-long process of ordering, tracking, then receiving my new car. I'm having fun driving around Kansas!!!
i have been a customer for quite a few years now, and have always found this dealership to extremely professional and well run. Even with new ownership, things have been smooth, although service charges have increased faster than inflation since they bought it from Steve K.. However I have one gripe. This is the most professional dealership I have been to. Fair prices, and honest assessment of my car. No upsell. Today I had need of an emergency fix when my coolant fluid light came on. Not only did they fit me in as soon as I got there, but had the needed part in stock and did the repair in 2 hours. Anthony was my service rep, and you couldn't ask for better.
DO NOT TRY TO FIX YOUR CAR HERE. Porsche Panamera E-Hybrid 2019 Coolant Low Level Warning, on JAN 24 hours later they told me that the COOLANT VALVE FAIL and it needs to be replaced and the cost was $1,527.00 including Parts and Labor which i AGREE to proceed with the Repair. Well 5 days later they call me and said: MR. Anthony told me “I DON’T KNOW HOW TO EXPLAIN THIS TO YOU MR. SANCHEZ...
