Took truck into ciocca 7/28 for oil change and tire rotate was informed they found and oil seep and would need to put die in the oil and have the truck come back in two weeks to test. Two weeks later 8/9 took truck in to check for seep they informed me it was the gasket to the oil cooler and it would be 375$ to repair, i informed Brian that I had purchased the extended warranty from ciocca with purchase of the truck, he said I'll have to call them Monday to see if the repair is covered under warranty or not. Scammers. We went on Thursday to buy a trade in vehicle (3 hours trip each way), held us half a day there, on 4pm they told us that they would call us back on Friday with financing terms. Next day we’ve been waiting the whole day, called several times no one in charge would pick up the phone or call us back. On Monday I’m calling them and they told me they sold the car on Saturday. No one called to apologize or to say they wouldn’t sell to us.
I was lied to.
I was dreading going to the dealer for a car. Once my boyfriend and I got there, we were greeted kindly and Dwight and George worked with us to make sure everything went so smoothly. I picked my car up the next day and Dwight worked with me to get my insurance transferred over. I also worked with their finance team ans Dwight showed me all of the buttons and features of the car and how to use them, including setting up the Chevy app for me. My experience was good and bad over all, the service was good. The problem is that I have an add on in my lease where I pay $30.00 each month for oil and tire rotation $30.00X36=$1,080 My lease is up in Feb. out of the 4 times that service was done so far only once that there was not a problem. They keep asking my wife for payment for the tire rotation, the first time we went back down to talk to the service manager I showed him the contract and he said he would straighten the problem out (HE DIDN’T) Next service visit same ... read more
