Superior service, food, and beverage. Better than Peter Luger or The Palm!! I've got 3.5 Million miles in the air, have traveled to six continents, and 47 of the 50 states as a business executive including managing operations in 41 of them. Two Times, A Charm! – I took my wife to Fleming's this past Saturday to celebrate her Birthday. This was our 4th visit (not twice, as mentioned in my original comment title) to Fleming's, and it has been consistently excellent on every visit. The steaks were absolutely flawless, as was the lobster, wine, and chocolate molten cake dessert. They treated my wife very sweetly and brought her a dessert and box of chocolates, for her Birthday. One of our favorite restaurants in Baton Rouge. Great atmosphere and even better service. The food has always been excellent. Highly recommended for a very nice dining experience.
Great place for a good steak! Also the brie cheese appetizer is to die for!
Too Loud and High Priced – My wife and I went to Fleming's for an early dinner. We found the music playing so loudly I thought we must have been in the Hard Rock Cafe. Couldn't carry on a conversation and couldn't hear the waiter. After several requests they lowered the volume a bit, but the atmosphere is disappointing for a high-priced steak house. To be fair, the steak was very good. But for the price we will give Fleming's a miss - too many other restaurants know how to create an atmosphere where you can enjoy the meal.
Flemings Steakhouse in La Jolla San Diego – I completely adore the location of their restaurant. They even have valet which makes it great for parking since it's barely existent. Steaks were great and the ambiance was romantic and slightly dark but perfect in my eyes for a romantic date.
