Presentation was excellent. But I was disappointed in my braised short ribs as they were very dry.
Flemings is an amazing restaurant. Best food, always cooked to perfection. Fantastic management and excellent wait staff and bartender.

Calamari, crab cakes for appetizers! Also tried the oysters which we chucked to perfection & delicious ! Bone in filet mignon for dinner!! Our service was the best we have had yet and I love that a manager visits the table once dinner is served ! Flemings never disappoints
Flemings of Scottsdale, AZ, If I could give "0" stars I would. This in hotel restaurant and its server embarrassed 1/2 of our table of 12. While we were the ONLY table in the restaurant. Having finished our dinner and enjoying desert and cocktails our server cut off the beverages, without speaking to our host, for absolutely no reason...the only thing we can figure is the staff wanted to get off early. Needless to say, Flemings will never be in consideration for anyone in this party again.
Food & service were excellent. Butter/cheese spread they serve with the bread is amazing! Onion rings to die for and a great prime rib dip. Enjoy!!!
