But my filet was not cooked correctly, the first time I said something the bartender agreed that it was not cooked correctly and offered a re cook. My husband and I were in Houston this past weekend visiting from Austin. It was my birthday and we decided to dine at Fleming’s. I have been dining at Fleming’s for years, but this particular evening our experience was awful As we sat at our table we watched patrons coming in going as if they were visiting a night club.
