Had our first visit to Fleming's for our anniversary and words can't describe the ambiance, service and food. It was beyond words! Will certainly be visiting again.
Not sure at all what the bad reviews are about...food and service was great, pricey but great. I had the bone in ribeye and asked for it blackened medium-well, it was awesome.
First experience at Fleming's and we will never be back. Terrible service, dirty dishes and utensils, forgot our water and bread until we asked, didn't tell us about specials, burnt steak and sub par food. Only good thing was the cheesecake. But now we know better and will go to Donovan's next time. Shame on you Megan we saw a server (Bryan) at the table behind us go above and beyond to create a good experience for his table and you couldn't even do the basic tasks of your job.
I visited Flemings on trip to the Chandler area and it was fantastic. The dry aged ribeye was by far the best steak I have ever eaten. The managers, staff, and service are top knotch.
...So you send out a blast email about a special happy hour all night long for 4 nights - and then you sell out the restaurant for a private party and don't tell anyone? I hope the $$$ is worth the scathing bad press and pissed off people. We had a birthday celebration planned here and now it's too late to get reservations any where else (we have called all our favorite restaurants and they are booked until 9pm). They sent out an email blast for specials this weekend so we make plans to celebrate my husband's birthday with friends, at Flemings on Ray rd. We show up and they're closed for a private party. Now it's too late to make other plans. We are so disappointed!
I have been there many times...service horrible, food fair, embarrassed I took friends for the first time. $500 down the drain
