Our family recently had a 100th birthday celebration for my Grandmother at Flemings. The whole evening was absolutely wonderful. We had a private room and the people at Flemings were great right from the start of planning the event (thank you Heather) to the wait staff (Alan and Allison you get an A!) and Chef. My grandmother is more than happy and is planning on having another party with you and soon! I can say that Flemings has become our favorite steakhouse.
Food and service was great ! The only problem we had was there was no one to open the door for us coming in and out of the restaurant. Also there was no baby changing unit in the bathroom or a infant car seat holder in the restaurant.
Stephanie Jakum was our waitress and she gave superior service. She "ROCKED!" I was looking for a Cabernet, I made a selection and I asked her thoughts. She quickly answered that there was a better option. After to questions she recommended the Chateau St. Michelle "Indian Wells" Cabernet. I'm now in love with this wine & I recommend it with 5 stars! We enjoyed their Wagner family of wines dinner last night. Food and service was impeccable! We were celebrating our 40th anniversary with friends also celebrating their 40th with Caymus's 40 anniversary cab!!! What fun - best meal ever and the wine was delicious. We toured the Caymus winery in Napa Valley 3 weeks before the earthquake so were so happy Flemings was honoring them! We will be back!!
