Watch your bill! – The food was fantastic and the service superb. I had a problem when the bill came. I made reservation on line because when you do (this may be a December special) you would receive a $25 discount when your bill was presented. Well, my fault, I didn't check (I trust too much) until I was leaving. Well, sure enough, the $25 was not deducted. Honest Opinion – Restaurant was empty but I chose to sit at the bar for conversational purposes. I was asked, in a very uninterested manner what I wanted to drink. I asked what kind of Vodka was present and chose Ciroc. After the bartender looked in two separate places I was told that Ciroc was not present, and chose Grey Goose. Not a bad second. Business or Pleasure Always a Joy – I love this restaurant. I have arranged several business meetings in both the private dining rooms and the main dining room for our company and have never had a bad experience. My boss will not dine for business anywhere else. The food is always excellent, and the service attentive and friendly. Fabulous...Simply Fabulous! – I was reading some of the reviews for Flemings and I just cannot believe that these people were in the same restaurant that I love. My husband and I look forward to our nights out to have drinks and dinner at Flemings and everything I have had has been Wonderful. I can't wait to go back. – My mother and I decided to go here for my birthday dinner. We didn't have a reservation, but on a Thursday night we got a table immediately. I mentioned to the hostess that I have a gluten allergy, and she gave me a gluten free menu. I ordered the New Zealand lamb chops medium rare, and they were great. I like steak – sat on the patio, it was really nice out. the food was better than i remembered although my steak was slightly overcooked. not too bad and it was still delicious. Server was not so good but luckily he dissapeared for most of the night.haha i would recomend for outside atmosphere and food
USDA Prime – Love this place also, the bone in ribeye is worth every cent. I would caution you to ask for no seasoning... the past 2 times I have been in it seems someone went crazy on the salt train. Its a shame because it masked the quality and buttery taste of the steak. I do not like the chocolate volcano but you might. I always enjoy the creme brulee. Also the 7 diamond wine while uber cheap pairs well with 80% of the menu.
BEST in Baton Rouge – We got there with no reservation on a Saturday night and had a table in about 10min. The food was excellent and the staff was terrific. This was a great experience and we will definitely be back. My steak was so tender I cut with my fork and it melted in my mouth. I would recommend this place to anyone.
