My mother recently purchased a house and the previous owner supplied us with the roofing detail. It was completed by Fleming Roofing just a few years ago and has a warranty. Between my mother and I we have called numerous times, and left 4 messages, two of them being prior to the hail. We had another roofing company come inspect and they urged us to reach back out to Fleming as they stated the roof was not done to code. It’s quite unfortunate that we can’t get anyone on the phone or to return our calls.
Thank You Johnny Day....GREAT customer service going above and beyond my expectations!! You truly eased my mind after all these storms hitting my block!! Knowing that we had lost several large trees and many houses had roof damage, you could have easily scared me into needing a new roof (not covered by insurance) but instead you calmed my fears and said it could that it could wait. Great work!
Didn’t actually need a roof, but flashing around the fireplace. They were called because my bathroom was leaking, ended up being a vent problem. They fixed my problem and also did not have to, but also put up my new vent (I didn’t have a ladder to reach the vent). Crew was efficient and quick. When a total roof is needed I will be calling them for the job.
