Very disappointing. Had damaged furnace duct that went to the roof. It was obviously damaged by the roofers. There is no other explanation. Only way we caught the damage was from my hvac guy that was checking the unit and he let me know. I presented pictures and they were dismissed immediately. Just know, nothing could ever be the fought of Fleming Roofing.
They feel that it's ok to block residential streets with their truck. They were not pulling out or backing in a trailer. The truck was parked across the street for 10 minutes at least.
Outstanding work and customer service. They replaced a roof on my sunroom that had been very poorly done by another company. Fleming did the work quickly, and at a fair price. Highly recommend.
I purchased a roof from this company four years ago. I am still under contractors warranty and material warranty. I started calling about four weeks ago leaving messages and the lady answers the phone sometimes and say and I will have someone call you back. It took three weeks for someone to even call me back. I sent in their warranty, which states I’m still under warranty. After about a month they sent out a gentleman to look at my issue. He took pictures and showed me what it looks like up top.
