We love renting from Wendell. Since we have moved in over 3 years ago anytime we have any issue it is fixed within 24 hours, the rent is very fair, and our property is beautiful. I would highly recommend being tenants!
Terrible agent to deal with. Wendell is very rude, harrasses tenants, doesn't fix any issues, constantly finding excuses not to do anything. You will have to follow up with him for months at a time to get him to fix any minor issue, and most of the time he doesn't get it fixed. The guy defeninetly has some issues. So be aware, and avoid feing with him.
