Would not recommend Bill. Unprofessional, unreliable, and zero work ethic. I call and set up a tour for a house today that my fiancé and I would like to rent. Bill said "great I'll meet you there in 15 minutes". I'm on my way there. Then Bill calls me back as I am a few minutes away from the house and asks if my fiancé will be coming with me.
