Larry has been very good to me over the years
I went to his office (now located inside the Walmart shopping center) for the first time in 2015. The receptionist was awesome, but I wasn't entirely thrilled with him. He was a bit standoffish but once a year I thought it won't matter as long as I receive proper service. I went again for my yearly contact appointment and waited with my son in the lobby. Dr Larry Fleming is by far the best eye physician I have ever known. He is compassionate and extremely skilled. He has moved around Morganton and the Hickory area for many years and no matter where he goes I will follow. I am 51 years old and have been seeing him since I was a small child. I have taken my children to him as well as my husband and they all still see him. He doesn't charge a ridiculous price. He has waited after closing for us with emergencies, he has worked us in with emergencies, etc. He is one doctor that h... read more
Do not go to this doctor. On several occasions now I have been quoted pricing on glasses and charged incorrectly once picking them up. Also, I have an insurance program that is to allow for eye exams at $10.00 but instead he charged us $85 and then applied a discount of $40 leaving us to pay $45 for the eye exam. This is in violation of the what the insurance program allows.
