I bought my house in July 2022. I was sold a brand new house a brand new built at the Steele Creek development in Garner North Carolina. I was told I was buying a custom home. This home is so far from being custom I don’t even know what they consider a custom home. I have a cracks in the concrete, I have screens that has not arrived to my windows for the last nine months.
