Troy arrived on time and explained everything before getting started. He found evidence of a little rodent issue and treated it without startling us. He even sterilized the area afterward. Now the air smells fresher and we feel much more comfortable knowing the problem is resolved.

I moved to this place last week, and I was in desperate need of a deep cleaning. A friend recommended Greensboro Air Duct, so I scheduled an appointment with them, and their local technician arrived at my house. First, he inspected the entire system and gave me an estimate price, and then he cleaned the entire system according to my instructions. I am very pleased with how he completed his work.

HVAC cleaning really enhanced how my system runs. I had been hearing unusual noises everytime it switched on, and the air flowing out of the vents was not as forceful as it once was. The technician observed that dust and dirt had accumulated within, reducing ventilation. After a thorough cleaning, everything operated much more smoothly, and my home maintained a more consistent temperature. I also observed that my energy bills were lower.

I called and made an appointment for Air duct cleaning and was put on their schedule about 2 weeks out. Morning of scheduled service and no one shows up. I finally call and am told they no longer service my area and I will have to find someone else! Terrible to do to a customer!
