Worst company I've ever dealt with. Took over 2 months to come out, and showed up at wrong time. Then proceeded to tell everyone their lives were in danger from a carbon monoxide leak. I have 3 carbon monoxide detectors, which are certified, and they detected nothing. He then put a piece of putty over the leak and said everything would be fine for a while. He also refused to clean the furnace like he was called out to do. And told me I need to replace everything, but changed his tune to it would be fine for a while. Never do... read more
Called to make an appointment today for a/c maintenance. I was advised that I would get called back "in the next couple weeks when something was available". I had to ask twice to make sure I heard right. Called a competitor and they will be out in two days...
We had you guys come out today to take a look at our AC today as it isn't working and we've been melting in this heat! The gentleman that came out was incredibly nice and honest! Although he recommended that we get a new unit he understood that with my cancer treatments and my daughter's upcoming wedding that is just not financially possible right now.
