Travis Martin: what a superstar! Excellent service from start to finish, and really went of his way to make it easy for us to get things fixed quickly and easily... AND I didn't come away from it feeling like I had been taken for every last penny. 5 stars? Absolutely!
Marcus Fleming took a $500 deposit to order a steel door for my business. He then left the state, stopped communicating and we never received the door or installation. Within the following 6 months, all of the garage doors he installed required repairs by Cheney Door Co. It turns out, he had worked for them and they didnt have nice things to say about him. We called three garage door companies and Fleming was the only one who returned our call. Prompt and friendly service. Will definitely refer to others in the area!
Travis just fixed a broken cable on my garage door and I cannot give him a high enough rating! It snapped late on a Friday and I left him a message over the weekend. He returned my call first thing on Monday morning and came out to fix it. He is very knowledgeable, efficient, personable and a great communicator. If you need help with your garage doors, he is the guy to call!
