They are extremely kind, very thorough and reasonably priced. They treated my dog like family.
So patience with my cat his name is Ashes and he was a bad-ash when I took him for a check up. They did get with an unhappy and mad kitty.
Jeff & I want to say thank you to the staff & Dr. Pinkston. Stephen Pinkston was so compassionate & kind during our sweet Ella Mae's illness. He even called us both after her passing. We are still grieving her passing however we are thankful for the caring service we were provided. May God bless each one of you!
They are very kind and considerate. They were very prompt with diagnosis of my 5 week old puppy today. The vet was knowledgable and worked hard to save my puppy. Thank you all very much. Rangers temp is up and he is starting to move around some.
Went to have both my male dogs neutered, I was quoted a price before making the appointment (around $100) and then quoted another price that was a bit more when dropping them off ($350) and I was okay with paying that for two dogs; but when it came time to pick them up it ended up being $545 for two dogs. I even asked when they called me to let me know they were out of surgery how much it was going to be so I knew what cash to bring with me when I picked them up but was told they didn’t have the paperwork done and would call... read more
Dr Pinkston is among the best in practice today.
Our poor Doberman Hans died here because of a misdiagnosis, incompetence, inexperience, and an overall lack of concern. We can never get him back. The last memory we have of him is as he walked through the door to the back room for surgery and he looked back at us, as if to say "Goodbye, I'm never coming back"

I took my dog Bella there bc she woke up with her jaw swollen from an infected tooth. The Dr. was extremely nice and explained everything. He gave her two shots and by that night the swelling had went down completely. He did a great job with her and I would highly recommend them to anyone who has a fury baby.
