Have gone here for multiple years. All new paperwork that was far to detailed and was very rude about it. They have had me on file from high-school. Now to find a new dentist that has the ability to be polite. Edit. Reason for paperwork is they have a new system. That was also the reason the last time I went less than a year ago. Office manager will apparently be calling me next Tuesday. No call...

Do NOT have emergency number. Office is closed they will not be calling you back.

Don't usually do reviews unless they're extremely positive. Unfortunately, I called this morning to schedule an appointment for my husband and was told that they can't see him because we have a past due balance from 2022 of $18 that was not collected, yes! Eighteen dollars!! Why couldn't they allow us to pay that and help my husband who has been in pain for the past week? The dentists at this clinic are professionals. I had Dr. Fleischner and Dr. Van Bebber and their work is exceptional — they saved two teeth, one of which another dentist at another office was about to lose. At this clinic, the dentists and their hygienists are very detail oriented, which I appreciate as a patient. When I walk in the door, I can feel that they work together as a team, from the front desk to the dentist's chair, to the payment counter. Am so glad I switched here!
