Don't usually do reviews unless they're extremely positive. Unfortunately, I called this morning to schedule an appointment for my husband and was told that they can't see him because we have a past due balance from 2022 of $18 that was not collected, yes! Eighteen dollars!! Why couldn't they allow us to pay that and help my husband who has been in pain for the past week? The dentists at this clinic are professionals. I had Dr. Fleischner and Dr. Van Bebber and their work is exceptional — they saved two teeth, one of which another dentist at another office was about to lose. At this clinic, the dentists and their hygienists are very detail oriented, which I appreciate as a patient. When I walk in the door, I can feel that they work together as a team, from the front desk to the dentist's chair, to the payment counter. Am so glad I switched here!
I have had nothing but wonderful experiences with Hot Springs Dental Group. Dr. Matone and his assistants have incredible bedside manner, they go above and beyond to make sure their guests are comfortable and well taken care of. I highly recommend this Dental office.
