This place is so bad. How bad you ask? I secured a new residence 2 months prior to the termination of my lease. Before you lease consider the following: It is presently 83 degrees outside and 85 degrees inside my unit #6. The roaches are so bad I have paint that has peeled from the walls due to my excessive washing the walls with bleach cleaner to sanitize.
