For months trying to get a simple answer on type of LED bulb that needs replaced. Only once did someone answer phone who claimed they were an "exec" and would have someone follow up with me.
The home is well built the delivery guys cracked one half and now there are cracks around all my windows and the sliding door won't close properly.
SCAM MANUFACTURER Brand new home leaked horribly before even being installed. The process of getting them to come out took over a year, they "repaired it" and it promptly leaked again. They said this is a different leak, and that it's now out of warranty. It's a shame these crooks are allowed to stay in business.
I just bought a manufactured home on November, it's March now and I still have the blue tapes all over the ceiling, walls, doors, windows. Actually in the complete house.
