My sister is having the same issues as others who have posted the poor reviews. She has been given the run around concerning repairs that are needed. She has sent numerous emails and photos of the items that were in not right since the purchase of her home. She’s had 3 different contractors none of them completed any repairs nor did they stay long enough to complete the tasks. Holes legitimate holes are showing through the floor. Vinyl siding peeled off after a storm not even a hurricane. The outside walls are warping out of place. I don't have to worry about being alone because the trailer came with a roach infestation.
They seem to completely go ghost after the 1 year warranty is up. We love our home because we are grateful to have a home in general. It is however, hard to ignore the constant small repairs and poorly done job that was done when our fix list was completed. We are still finding shoddy jobs around our house after a year of us moving in. I heard that this was a pretty solid choice for a quality mobile home. I take that back.
