As others have mentioned, prices just keep going up and up and up. This garage seems to increase their monthly parking rate every few months! At this point, I'm seriously considering just cancelling my monthly membership and parking elsewhere. This place has its location going for it, and 24/hr access, but that's not enough to justify the price increases that are occuring every few months. If you're looking to park for a monthly fee, consider looking elsewhere.

Minimal changes yet the price gets higher and higher, While one might expect substantial enhancements for such an increase, the only visible changes are the addition of mats on the stairs and a fresh coat of paint over the former handicapped spaces. The mats on the stairs do provide a marginal improvement in safety and comfort, but they are hardly a substantial upgrade, and painting over handicap spaces to make more regular spaces is a basic maintenance task rather than an enhancement that justifies higher fees. 4 raises in the parking fee’s in under a year, absolutely insane, yet cars with broken windows and full of dust still fill the parking lot

I am extremely disappointed with the constant fee increases at this parking lot. It seems like every few months, the cost goes up, and it feels like they are taking advantage of their customers. The service and facilities have not improved to justify these hikes. It’s frustrating and unfair. I would recommend finding alternative parking options if you can.
