Rude front reception staff. Always an hour or two wait. Dr. Marotta still accepting new patients and booking appts 10 min apart. They never answer the phone. Fax # not visible on website. Will be looking again for a new doctor.
Same experience as these reviews, front desk very unprofessional , they do not answer the phone as much as you call. Needed a follow up for my blood test and couldn't even get an answer. Dr Marotta found him friendly when we finally connected , but his front desk staff needs major work. Attitude and will not pickup the phone even if you call right in front of them.
