The ladies at the reception are very rude, one of them accused us of lying that we didn’t book the appointment. And then she started telling that the website doesn’t work, but then I showed her the website I used, and she said that was the right one. Very rude and arrogant person, doesn’t know how to talk to customers.
I am attaching the picture with proof that I called this clinic 21 times since 1 pm but no one bothered to attend the call , what kinda receptionists are hired . It could be something urgent regarding a follow up call with doctor or whatever, receptionist should value patients time . I hope this problem should be addressed and resolved.

I’m honestly beyond frustrated with this clinic. After getting my blood work done, I received a message asking me to book a follow-up appointment — but how exactly am I supposed to do that when no one ever answers the phone? And the online booking system? Useless. I’ve tried calling multiple times with no luck. It’s almost impossible to get in touch unless I physically show up at the clinic — which is ridiculous. Best clinic in town. Dr.Mandeep Gill and all his staff are compassionate, supportive and helpful! Been seeing him for years and Ill never go anywhere else. Its hard to find doctors who are kind and listen to how your feeling. Highly recommend this clinic!
