The ladies at the reception are very rude, one of them accused us of lying that we didn’t book the appointment. And then she started telling that the website doesn’t work, but then I showed her the website I used, and she said that was the right one. Very rude and arrogant person, doesn’t know how to talk to customers.

I am attaching the picture with proof that I called this clinic 21 times since 1 pm but no one bothered to attend the call , what kinda receptionists are hired . It could be something urgent regarding a follow up call with doctor or whatever, receptionist should value patients time . I hope this problem should be addressed and resolved.
