I went in and ordered my cake for my daughter's birthday and I was assured several times that it would look beautiful and not a commotion cake. I wanted a round cake and Giovanna did not write it down and gave me a square communion cake instead of a sweet 16 cake. On top of everything, she made me drive to the shop to argue with me. She tells you she wants to make customers happy but that is all a lie. She only remembers what she wants too and she puts down what's she wants too. DO NO WASTE YOUR MONEY.
