I've attempted numerous times to get a quote online through their automated system which according to them "A sales representative will get back to you within the SAME business day to discuss your project and provide a price quote", and still no contact. I've called in numerous times, and have yet to reach anything but a machine. If their actual service is reflected by the lack of customer service, then I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone. Poor service before even providing a service...
Working with their Salesman was a joke. I still do not understand why companies hire people to represent their company, who know absolutely nothing about the business. To call him lazy would be an insult to everyone who is on there third generation of welfare. Incomplete answers, phone calls not returned were just a few of the problems I encountered here.
