Want to give a shout out to Dustin and his office, mechanic team from this establishment! Was on time and did a great job. He not only communicated very accurately and professionally also had our vehicle done in a timely manner. I did not have to call them for any updates as they provided them as they went. They handled everything and kept me up informed on my vehicle. Highly recommend these guys for your service needs!
Absolutely terrible experience at Fleetside Ford LLC. I’ll never bring my vehicle back here. The service department has zero communication — nobody calls you back, nobody gives straight answers, and it feels like they just don’t care. My truck sat there way longer than promised, and when I finally got it back, the original problem still wasn’t fixed.
