Had an appointment scheduled and was there 15 minutes before my appointment. Went into their waiting room. After an hour and a half I checked outside and my vehicle is parked. Went inside to see what the cost was and they had lost track of my vehicle and didn’t even look at it. I drove 45 minutes and missed work so that I could get it there. No apology. Only thing they tried to do was reschedule. Would give zero stars if I could.

I had a top notch experience at FleetSide Ford getting my car repaired. All the employees were gracious, friendly, personable, and truly cared about providing me with the best service. I would definitely trust them with my vehicle again and 100% recommend them for service work.

I had previously looked at some of the big Des Moines dealerships but found that fleetside was easier to work with and provided excellent service to me in Osceola. Got a better deal both in price and service. I appreciate the small town Iowa service . They spent over 3 hours with me on delivery making sure I understood all the new features . They really go the extra mile. Thank you fleetside.

Very nice people easy to talk to found me a nice vehicle with reasonable payments couldn’t be happier. Would definetly do business there again.
