They service enterprise trucks. They never fix the issue. They rig it so it works for a day, then the same issue arises. Im about to leave enterprise, after 9 years, solely due to them using fleet pride. Place is a joke. My 5 year old daughter can do what they do.

I cannot stress enough how poorly the service here has gone downhill. I've been going here for 8 years every since it was called by another name. They tried to double charge me on a bill when they told me a complete different story, they no longer have mechanics, they have parts changers. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else, good riddance.

I went from a review of 5 stars after my first two trucks were serviced. After my third truck went in for service I was a bit upset. They discovered multiple issues and I decided to choose what I wanted fixed at that time. I later was told if I wasn’t getting all $13,000.00 including parts and labor they didn’t want to complete any repairs. While I understand DOT AND SAFETY, I brought my truck in to get repairs at my choice and leisure. I will not return.
