Called them to ask about a part and he was very rude about it. Not sure why you can’t say it nicely. Pretty sure doesnt even know what i was talking about
I was there for a few minutes waiting in line (nobody else were there at the same time, only me), and no word at all to me, not even a look to me, when I take my cell phone out then one of the 3 guys offer to help. No matter how busy you are, be polite, and say something if you can not help right at that moment.
