I came here for my differential issue. They seemed nice got to working on my truck. I went to pick up the part since shipping would take too long. Now that the truck is somewhat fixed, glue needs to cure. But they did not even try to tell me early enough that I needed a room for the night. They closed and I have my cats in the truck and you can't put animals in an enterprise rent a car. So this should have been discussed. Now, I am stranded. If they don't have the parts you need they will tell you where to look they didn't have to do that but they did and they are awesome for that
This place is absolutely ridiculous, I call a week ahead of time make an appointment for an alignment on my truck for 8am, we'll I arrive at 8am and sit there for over 3hrs and my truck still sitting in the same spot as when I got there. I asked the service girl how long before my truck gets in to be told hopefully soon and not to mention I was the only one there for the first 2 hrs, you only get 1 chance with me specially when I have to spend money I worked for and you guys wanna sit around and smoke cigarettes and play on ... read more
