Unfortunately, the managers are very incompetent; they never even try to look things up using the VIN—they probably don't even know how. They only match parts based on a sample, like in the last century.
Went in thinking I was going to buy something, came out with knowledge of my situation. Was happy they helped me understand what I was trying to do on my semi. The man even went to back a grabbed parts off the shelf to help me see what I was looking for. Thanks for a great job done. With it even on a weekend and close to closing time.
