Appeared to have a lack of knowledge, on what I assumed would be a typical part in stock for a dump truck - horrible attitudes, and an unwillingness to want to assist. Lesson learned.
I call they put me on hold for 10 minutes. I figure they're busy so I hang up and call back later and they put me on hold for 10 minutes. I try again later and they put me on hold for 10 minutes.... Horrible customer service.
