Update: Josh is at the Frederick store, Walt retired and Ralph and Andrew are at the desk carrying-on the reputations of earlier staff, friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Still the place to go for heavy-duty truck and bus parts.
I had a disappointing experience at this location today. While seeking a specific part for my truck, I waited patiently for assistance. There were two employees present; one was occupied on the phone assisting a customer, which I understand. However, the other, a bald man, was seated and did not acknowledge or offer any help during my wait. He made no effort to inquire about my needs or provide assistance.
