Very unprofessional and untimely, would recommend using almost any other company. Couldn’t provide any time for when they could come in and do work, not even a day or week. After asking them just to give an estimate for when they can come in or if our company should be looking for another company to do the work to ensure it gets done in a timely manner, they got extremely rude and belligerent. Rude and unprofessional technician I met on Montvale Ave. Customer is always right. Go somewhere else.
Flower Shop. Easter Week. New cooler blowing hot air. Person who answered the phone ( Byron) was kind and funny and VERY accommodating. They got a person to me as soon as they could. 2 days later got it diagnosed, parts ordered and will take care of it. Exceptional customer service! Tech they sent was pleasant and professional. Will definitely use Fleet again in the future.
They do amazing work. Very quick and easy to deal with.
