Rick Jacobson is about the most unprofessional person I have ever dealt with in my life. When I confronted him about a mistake that his company had made he physically got in my face and started screaming at me. It took every ounce of my will power to turn and leave. He smelled of alcohol as he did this as well. I would HIGHLY recommend finding any other company in the nation to do your titling than deal with this fly by night joke. I'm surprised they are still in business and haven't been sued.
