Bought some new shoes. Had a great sales guy. Made experience nice. Didn’t have to wait long. In and out within 20 minutes. Only draw back was didn’t have my size in 3 pairs I liked.
Nick M. helped me out today. I was very open in transparent with him about not going to buy anything today, and Nick still helped me out and was very intentional with finding me the best shoe for my feet! Very impressed with the service that he gave today! Most people wouldn’t have helped me out after I was so transparent with him!
The staff is always friendly and helpful as well as knowledgeable about the products. I've participated in their HIT/MIT training program for almost ten years now, and I love the community within the groups and the dedication they have in helping me reach my running goals.
