The store presents beautifully for its space, clean and bright, without clutter. The staff greeted me with a casual welcome and warmth. Low pressure engagement. Cam assisted us and demonstrated their state of the art feet structure / mechanics scanning system. He then showed the resulting images and explained them clearly. I was then confident the proposed shoe options were the best. Excellent experience.
I came in knowing I would have to wait. A young man came over to me about 10 minutes after I got there to say I was next in line I asked if they handled suconey shoes he said yes I told him I was interested in the endorphin pro 4. He said you don't need that, that's an elite shoe you need a trainer. This is without knowing me. Then I was told I was next in line. Going to their website it says 30 to 40 minutes. Such a great experience! Anna is the best; she made me feel so at home. I have been out of the running game for a while and decided to start again, with that and age came some pain. Anna listened to all of my concerns and addressed them so perfectly that I left wearing the shoes!
My fiancée, Alessandra, and I stopped by Fleet Feet to get our feet scanned for new running shoes. I’m getting back into running to see if I can get back and beat my old times, while my fiancée is just walking more to stay in great health. Our salesperson, Ashton, helped us a tremendous amount with the foot scan he utilized the data taken and asked the right questions to learn about our personal goals to find the right shoes.
